Roof Panels: Panel Rib; 36-inch-wide net coverage, with 1-3/16-inch-high major ribs at 12-inches on center with two (2) minor ribs spaced between the major ribs.

• Crimp panels at the base to achieve no gaps against the foundation greater than 1/16-inch and notch to match roof panel configuration at the eave.
• The KXL paint system is a PVDF finish applied to the zinc aluminum coated steel to give a long-life color that resists fading and chalking. KXL is a one (1) mil nominal PVDF finish with 70 percent Kynar®500 or Hylar®5000 standard.

Eave Gutters: Roll-formed 26-gauge steel sheet, with gutter straps, fasteners, and joint sealant; color matching wall color.

Downspouts: 26-gauge 4-inches by 5-inches in 10-foot lengths, with downspout elbows and downspout straps; color matching wall color.

8.5-inch Zee or Cee shaped; with minimum yield strength of 60,000 psi (410 MPa); simple span (walls) and continuous span (roof) as required for design. G-30 galvanized standard material. Welded members are standard primer.

Diagonal rod bracing with 50 ksi minimum yield strength.

Building has been designed to allow erector to adjust bracing to any roof or wall bay as needed for field customization. One bay of rods is required in each roof and wall plane, except for gabled end walls.

Rigid Frames (Spans to 60’)

• Solid web framing consists of tapered depth rafters rigidly connected to tapered depth columns. Bay spacing is typical 20’-0”. Frames have a roof pitch of 1:12 and a steel yield of 55 ksi.
• Continuous Beam (80’-0” and 100’-0” Spans)
• Solid web framing utilizing tapered depth beams or girders supported on tapered depth columns with one interior column at the ridge of the building. Bay spacing is typical 20’-0”. Frames have a roof pitch of 1:12 and steel yield of 55 ksi.
• End Wall Framing: Half-loaded (non-expandable) solid web frames.

Insulation is not included; however, roof framing has been provided with faster lengths allowing up to 6-inches of blanket insulation and wall fasteners in lengths allowing up to 4-inches of blanket insulation between panel and secondary member.

Three (3) Year Material and Workmanship:

• "Varco Pruden Buildings" or "VP", warrants to the Owner that the Products supplied by Varco Pruden Buildings will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the Shipment Date. During the Warranty Period, Varco Pruden Buildings will, at its option, repair or replace the defective Products on time, or if refund the price of the defective Products.

Galvalume® roof panels:

• VP warrants, for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the Shipment Date, that roof panels made of acrylic-coated Galvalume sheet steel will not rupture, structurally fail, or suffer perforation due to normal atmospheric corrosion. Furthermore, the panel will not exhibit an accumulation of red rust greater than 5% at any one point on coated surfaces for a period of twenty-five (25) years. This does not apply to any accumulation of red rust that occurs at breaks or discontinuities in the surface, such as field cut edges, and does not apply to metal penetration, cut or shear, made any time after the Product is shipped.

Painted KXL wall panels:

• VP warrants, for a period of twenty-five (25) years from the Shipment Date, that the standard paint finish in standard colors applied to factory finished walls or roof panels and trim will not:
• Crack, check, blister, peel, flake or chip (lose adhesion);
• Chalk in excess of ASTM D4214 No. 8 rating, or;
• Fade (change color) more than 5 color difference units per ASTM D2244.
